Vintage Platinum Diamond Eternity Ring, Full Hoop Wedding Band Size N / 6.75.

Vintage full hoop claw set diamond band. Twenty-two diamonds are bead set in four claws and framed by a narrow rail of platinum. The diamonds are transitional cut and early round brilliant cut with some having a small open culet and others closed culets. . The diamonds are clear and sparkly, forming a never ending circle around the finger. This ring has flat sides and would be easy to stack or pair with another ring or band. Circa mid 20th century.
Diamonds: 22, approx 2.3 - 2.4 mm, 0.045 - 0.05 carats each to total 1.04 carats, G - I colour, VS2 - SI1 clarity as calculated within the limits of the mounting.
Not marked, professionally tested and assessed as platinum.
Size: UK - N; US - 6.75; EU - 17,1. This ring is not suitable for resizing.
Measures approx 3 mm wide by 1.8 mm deep.
Weighs 2.9 grams.
