Vintage marquise shape diamond cluster ring. This lozenge ring is beautiful, set with five fiery diamonds totalling 0.25 carats. The centre round brilliant cut diamond is bead set and outlined in a sparkling row of milgrain beading. To the top, bottom and sides are smaller single cut diamonds, also bead set, and the entire diamond shaped design is framed in a beaded edge. The shoulder are decorated with faceted beads and a polished sleek geometric design. This ring dates to the mid 20th century, circa mid 1930s to late 1940s, British in origin.

In excellent condition, this ring is quite the sparkler and the shape looks gorgeous on the finger.

Diamonds: 5 total, 1 round brilliant cut of approx 3.5 mm and 4 single cuts of approx 1.75 mm to total 0.25 carats, I / J colour, SI clarity as calculated within the limits of the mounting.

Stamped 18ct & PLAT. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat gold with the diamonds set into a platinum top.
