Vintage heart shaped charm which opens to reveal a paste set engagement ring. This 9 carat yellow gold charm has been crafted in a puffy heart shape with a pierced filigree top and engraved sides. The heart opens to unveil a paste set toi et moi engagement ring. The little paste ring is set in a pale pink cloth and is secured upright in it's box. Circa 1960s.

This charm reminds me of my grandmother. She wore a charm bracelet and was given a charm by her then beau to add to her bracelet. The charm was a sweet little engagement and wedding ring set. I don't know the story of her actual rings, but her charm bracelet was something else! This piece could easily be added to a charm bracelet and is large enough to wear as a pendant. Or do what my grandfather did and surprise your beloved with a small love token before getting the rings!
