Vintage uniquely faceted and engraved wedding ring. This ring takes mid century style to another level! Flat sections are adorned with pairs of engraved four petalled flowers outlined in a beaded frame. Between these panels are polished pyramid designs which come to a small point. The differences in the patterns really allows both styles to shine. This ring is on the narrow side for a man and of a medium width for a woman. Circa early 1960s, British in origin.
In excellent condition with very minor signs of use and wear.
Hallmarked for 18 carat gold, London 1962. There is also a maker's mark for W Wilkinson Ltd, a London based jeweller in business from the 1910s through at least the late 1960s.
