Vintage filigree link chain crafted in 9 carat gold. Oblong shaped links form frames with more delicate wire work inside which has a faint beaded pattern on it. Each of these filigree links are connected together with a small, rounded links. The links are the same all the way around and this piece secures with a large barrel clasp. The interior of the barrel is square in shape and this chain can only be fastened if it lines up. Circa early to mid 20th century.

Stamped 9ct on the barrel clasp, professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold through, which is yellow in colour.

Measures approx 46 cm / 16.25 inches long by 3.3 mm wide.

Weighs 5.2 grams.
