Vintage emerald cut diamond engagement ring. A single beautiful emerald cut diamond is house in a double claw setting. This step cut diamond is a classic with great steps that throw amazing sparkles as it catches the light. Gleaming from shoulders are straight cut baguettes, one on each side, bar set into the white mounting. It's a simple and classic design which just slays us every time, I love step cut diamonds! Circa 1940s -1950s, likely North American in origin.

In very good condition. The back of the shank is a bit thinner from wear. It has lots of life left in it!
Diamond: emerald cut, approx 4.9 mm by 3.6 mm and calculated in setting as 0.39 carats, F / G colour, VS clarity. Straight cut baguettes of approx 2.25 mm by 1.4 mm are approx 0.06 carats together. Total approx 0.45 carats as calculated within the limits of the mounting.
Stamped 14K, professionally tested and assessed as 14 carat white gold. There's also a maker's mark for L♡♡E.
Size: UK - L.25; US - 6; EU - 16,5. This ring can be sized between I.5 / 4.75 / 48,5 and O.5 / 7.5 / 55,5. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures approx 6.25 mm by 5 mm at the centre diamond by 5.4 mm deep, 2.5 mm wide at the shoulders, 1.1 mm band at back centre.
