Vintage blue zircon and diamond ring. A lovely vivid blue zircon is claw set above a halo of diamonds. The zircon is a bright blue with a hint of green typical of zircons. Ten small single cut diamonds are set in a circle surrounding the zircon. A slightly raised, polished design between the diamonds gives some additional texture and shine to the top. The gemstones are all set into white gold on a slender yellow gold shank. Circa mid 20th century, 1960s.
In very good condition. There is some rubbing to the facets of the zircon in keeping with age and wear.
