Impressive baguette diamond ring crafted in platinum. Five straight cut baguette diamonds are set end to end showing off the step cut diamonds to perfection! The diamonds are lightly curved around the finger and set approx 40% of the way around the ring. Step cut diamonds are some of my favourites, the larger facets art like mirrors creating a flashy sparkle. Circa mid 20th century.
Diamonds: 5 straight cut baguettes measuring approx 3.5 mm by 1.75 mm each to total approx 0.45 carats, G / H colours, VS1 / VS2 clarity as calculated within the limits of the mounting.
Not clearly marked, there is a very faded mark. Professionally tested and assessed as platinum.
Size: UK - K; US - 5.25; EU - 15,8. This ring can be sized down to size I.5 / 4.75 / 15,3. It can be resized larger, though the back of the band is on the thinner side from wear so we'd recommend reshanking if sized larger. Reshanking will also allow for more variance in resizing limits, please query. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures approx 2.75 mm by 14.5 mm on top by 2.9 mm deep. 1.1 mm at back centre.
