Pretty vintage 9 carat gold rope chain necklace. The links of this chain are woven together forming a classic rope link. At a bit over 3 mm wide this is a heavier, wider link chain, wonderfully suited for a large pendant or locket. It secures with a simple spring bolt clasp which is marked for gold. This style of chain was popular in the 2nd and 3rd quarters of the 20th century and it's likely this chain dates to around that time.

In very good condition. A nice wider link in a classic easy to wear style.

Stamped 375 for 9 carat gold on the clasp. Tested and assessed as 9 carat gold throughout.
