Mid 20th century vintage signet ring. This oval shaped signet ring features a deeply carved game bird, which we believe is a grouse, possibly a pheasant. The grouse is in excellent condition, showing very little wear. The ring is easy to wear, sitting low to the finger and tapering in the back to a D profile band. The small size makes this ring easily suitable for a woman. Circa late 1950s, British in origin. Crafted by the maker Charles Green & Son.

Hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1959.
