Vintage uniquely faceted and engraved wedding ring. This narrow ladies wedding band is just perfection! A centre polished section creates a zig zag through the middle and runs all the way around. The space between this zagging line and the band's edge creates triangle shapes some of which are shiny and some of which are engraved. The design is deep and unique with little flourishes in the engraved sections. This ring dates to the mid 20th century and has a nice, full crisp hallmark to the interior for 1953.
In excellent condition with very minor signs of use and wear.
Hallmarked for 18 carat gold, London 1953. There is also a maker's mark for Lawson, Ward & Gammage, a South London based jeweller.
Size: UK - O; US - 7.25; EU - 17,5. This ring is not recommended for resizing, resizing would disrupt the pattern and shape.
Measures approx 2.5 mm wide by 1.4 mm deep.
