Antique lover's knot bracelet crafted in 9 carat gold. This hallow-form bracelet is designed as a large intertwined knot. A smooth section of the outside loops around hugging an inner section. The inner section is heavily engraved with a deep pattern. This hand engraving is on the top only, keeping the inside smooth so it can be very comfortably worn. On either side of the knot, right below where the knot creates a single section, is a ridged band. The back section is plain. This bangle is slightly oval in shape so that the knot stays on the top of the wrist. It secures with a tongue in groove style clasp which closes with a pleasant audible click. An attached safety chain is present for piece of mind. Circa 1880s, British in origin.

Very good condition with minor dings on close inspection commensurate with age and wear. Small repair to the back, please see photo.

Stamped A1?c. Professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold. The gold has a rosy hue to it.

Measures approx 17 cm / 6.7 inches inside circumference.

Measures approx 21.4 mm wide at front and 5.15 mm wide at the back.
