Unique antique wave shaped diamond cluster ring crafted in 18 carat gold and platinum. What a beauty! 13 diamonds are set in curved rows creating a wave style design around a larger bezel set diamond. A deeply cut milgrain beaded edge outlines the rows of diamonds. Beads of metal on the top, as well as the milgrain beading, glitter as they catch the light. It's a wonderful way jewellers add a bit of extra interest and intrigue to their pieces of work. This is a great ring, I've never seen anything like it! It can be worn either way on the finger. Circa 1910s - 1930, British in origin.
In very good condition, light signs of use and wear in keeping with age.
