Vintage two stone diamond engagement ring in the toi et moi style. This ring is crafted in a twist or bypass design. The large diamonds are similar in size and are set an angle to each other. White gold topped shoulders swirl around the diamonds and are accented with an engraved design. The diamonds are round brilliant cuts and are secured in eight delicate prongs. This is a beautiful and classic design which has experienced some popularity again recently. Circa mid 20th century, 1960s.

The toi et moi, or you and me, style was made popular during the late Victorian era and is meant to represent both individuals who make the couple. We love the we're in this together sentiment of this design!

Diamonds: 2, round brilliant cut. One measures approx 4.45 mm, calculated as 0.30 carats, M colour, VS1 clarity. One measures approx 4.40 mm, calculated as 0.32 carats, K colour, VS2 clarity. Diamonds were calculated within the limits of the mounting.

Hallmarked for 18 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1966.
