Oh my! I just love these sapphire and diamond earrings so much. Four bezel set gemstones alternate and are graduated in size. The diamonds are little old mine cuts and the sapphires are the most devine blue colour! These are connected with a knife edge bar making these look like little droplets dangling off the ear. The gemstones are set in white bezels, contrasting nicely with the sapphires and highlighting the size of the diamonds. At right at an inch long, these earrings are an ideal length for slightly dressier days, peaking out from the hair. Circa very end of the 19th century gemstones and mounting, ear post and scroll backs make these a modern conversion.

Diamonds: 4 total, 2 measuring approx 1.9 mm each and 2 measuring approx 2.5 mm each to total 0.18 carats as estimated within the limits of the mounting.

Sapphires: 4 total, 2 measuring approx 2.3 mm each and 2 measuring approx 2.6 mm each.

In very good condition. This was a single pin that we separated in the middle to make into earrings, using matching metal to make the ear posts and buying new scroll backs.

Not marked, professionally tested and assessed as 15 carat gold studs, we've added new 18 carat gold scroll backs.

Measure approx 25.75 mm / 1 inches in length by 3.45 mm in width.

Weigh 3.3 grams together, approx 1.6 to 1.7 grams each.
