Sapphire and diamond floral shaped cluster ring dating to the Art Deco era. A bright blue sapphire is bezel set in a frame of eight old cut diamonds. The sapphire is an incredible colour, lovely, vivid and nicely contrasting with the white diamonds. Milgrain beading lines the edges of the gemstone settings. The flower design sits low to the finger with a tapered shank pinching in at the gemstone top and widening to a D shape profile at the back. Circa 1920s - 1930s, British in origin.

Sapphire: round cut, bright royal blue in colour, approx 2.7 mm.

Diamonds: 8, old single cut, approx 1.65 mm each totalling 0.14 carats as estimated within the limits of the mounting.

Stamped 18ct PLAT. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat yellow gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top edge.

Size: UK - J.5; US - 5; EU - 15,75. This ring can be resized several sizes smaller or larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 7 mm across by 4 mm deep at top. 2.35 mm band.
