Beautiful pair of pearl and diamond earrings, a classic for any jewellery wardrobe. 7 mm cultured pearls are framed by an attractive winged design of platinum studded with diamonds. The winged design has been popular since the mid-century. In each wing are five diamonds, graduated in size. Half of the diamonds are old cut diamonds with the open culet, higher crown, and smaller table. The other half are round brilliant diamonds.

These are very elegant earrings and would be at home on a bride or for daily wear. Pearls do need to be treated with care so as not to scratch them.

Pearls: cultured, 7.1 mm each. They are a cream white colour with good luster and with no damage to the nacre.

Diamonds: old cut diamonds. 10 diamonds weigh a total of 0.11 carats and are VS2 to SI2 clarity, and F to H colour.

Hallmarked platinum on the back of the earring. These are more modern earrings made in the vintage style and using vintage and antique diamonds.
