Blue enamel and sterling silver heart design necklace by Danish jeweller Volmer Bahner. This necklace is sterling silver and features five heart shaped light blue enamelled panels. Each panel is decorated with a lined design radiating out from the centre. The panels are connected together by a single link and are on a curb link chain which fastens with a spring bolt clasp. Circa 1960s, Danish in origin.
Marked VB Sterling Denmark for the maker, Volmer Bahner, and sterling silver.
Measures 47 cm / 18.5 inches long and each enamelled section is approx 8 cm / 3.1 inches long. decorated piece is approx 18.4 mm by 12 mm.
