Vintage citrine cocktail ring. An impressively large rectangle shaped citrine is set into a 9 carat yellow gold setting. The citrine is a lovely golden yellow in colour and is held in place with four sets of double claw prongs on the clipped corners. The open metal work of the basket can be seen from the side. This citrine is mounted on a narrow yellow gold band keeping the focus on the large gemstone. Circa 1990s, British in origin.

Citrine: yellow in colour, measures approx 18 mm by 13.15 mm.

Hallmarked as 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1992.

Size: UK - M 1/2; US - 6 1/2; EU - 16.8. This ring can be sized between L / 5.75 and S.5 / 9.5. Sizing available for an additional fee. Because this ring is very top heavy I find it best to wear it quite tight to keep it from spinning on the finger.

Measures approx 18.4 mm wide and rises 10 mm tall off the finger.
