Rose cut diamond engagement ring dating to the Edwardian era. This delicate antique ring features a centre single cut diamond framed by four small roughly cut diamonds. The geometric design is wonderful creating a stepped design. The diamonds are set in a very finely detailed platinum top on a slender band of gold which tapers in toward the diamond set top. Circa 1900 - 1920s, British in origin.
Diamonds: 5 total. 1 single cut diamond of approx 1.3 mm, and 4 roughly cut diamonds of approx 1 mm each.
Stamped 18ct & PLAT. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat yellow gold with the very top in platinum.

Measures approx 9 mm by 7 mm on top by 2.95 mm deep. 1.75 mm band.
