Sapphire and diamond cluster ring. This floral style cluster engagement ring dates to the mid 20th century. A deep blue sapphire is framed by slightly smaller round brilliant cut diamonds creating a delicate flower shape. The gemstones are held in white metal claws on a pinched, tapered D shape gold band. Circa 1940s, British in origin.

Sapphire: dark blue, approx 2.8 mm by 3.1 mm, estimated in setting as 0.10 carats.

Diamonds: 8, round brilliant cut, approx 0.20 carats, I - L colour, SI clarity as calculated within the limits of the mounting.

Stamped 18ct, professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat gold.

Size: UK - K; US - 5 1/4; EU - 16. This ring can be sized down to J / 4.75 and can be sized several sizes larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.
