Vintage 9 carat yellow gold bangle bracelet. This is a total classic! A slim solid gold bangle is pipe cut, flat on top and the sides. The polish gold is very shiny giving it a simple and elegant look which looks great with jeans or a little black dress. Circa 1970s, British in origin.
In very good condition.
Hallmarked on the outside of the bangle for 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1978.
Measures approx 63 mm / 2.5 inches internal diameter which is about 7.75 inches internal circumference. This bangle does not open, it needs to fit over your folded hand. I have a small to medium sized wrist and I'd say this is a medium size, it fits well without being difficult to get on or off past the typical having to fold your hand.
3 mm wide making it a great, slim bangle to stack with others or an elegant look when worn alone.
Weighs 8 grams.
