Art deco 9 carat rose gold bangle bracelet designed as a buckle. The top of this piece is engraved with foliate design with large flower blossoms and leaves scrolling across the top. A buckle design is gorgeous, polished among the engraved background. The profile of this bangle is rounded, heavily domed on top with a slightly, softly curved interior. It's oval in shape so that the engraved design stays on the top of the wrist. The back is plain, unadorned, and nicely polished to a high shine. Circa 1920s, British in origin.

In very good condition with minor signs of wear. This piece is 97 years old!

Hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1923. This bangle is rose gold.
