Antique five stone diamond pendant. A wonderful bezel set diamond cluster housing five old European cut diamonds. The largest diamond is in the middle with slightly smaller diamond to the top and bottom and the smallest diamonds flanking the centre. This is a lovely sparkly pendant with a platinum milgrain beaded edge around each of the diamonds and the rest of the pendant in yellow gold. Circa early 20th century.

In very good condition with minor age related wear.

Diamonds: 5, old European cut. Centre is approx 3.7 mm, 0.16ct. Top and bottom are approx 2.7 mm, 0.08ct each. Sides are approx 2.4 mm, 0.065ct each. Total 0.45 carats, G / H colour, VS2 / SI1 clarity as calculated within the limits of the mounting.

Not marked, professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold, which is yellow in colour, with the diamonds set into a platinum bezel edge.

Measures approx 12.75 mm / 0.50 inches tall not including bail by 10 mm / 0.40 inches wide.

Weighs 1.1 grams.
