Art Deco sapphire and diamond engagement ring. A lovely blue square shape step cut diamond is bezel set in a platinum top with a double row of milgrain beading around it. At each of the flat sides of sapphire is a single bead set single cut diamond. The diamonds are set into a chevron shape which is outlined in milgrain beading. This original Art Deco ring dates to the 1930s and is British in origin.

Marked 18ct & Pt. This ring is mostly 18 carat yellow gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top.
