Vintage engraved platinum wedding band dating to the Art Deco era. What a find! This ring, by the famous maker Traub, is in wonderful condition. A deeply engraved design of flowers forms a never ending circle around the finger. The five petalled flowers sit above a textured background and are framed by milgrain lining the top and bottom. This is a slender wedding ring at just a touch over 2 mm and is on the deeper side with softened interior edges. Circa late 1920s to 1930, North American in origin.

In incredible condition showing hardly any wear to the deeply engraved pattern. The interior is engraved with what looks like, "T.H.A. and H.M.G. 1-25-30".

Stamped .900 PLAT .100 IRID, professionally tested and assessed as platinum. There is also a maker's mark of TRAUB with TT in a circle and Orange Blossom. This ring has been made by the much coveted and highly collectable Traub Company of Detroit which was in business during the early to mid 20th century.

Size: UK - K.5; US - 5.5; EU - 16,1. This ring can be resized between J.5 / 5 / 15,2 and L / 5.75 / 16,3 without disruption to the pattern. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 2.1 mm wide by 1.65 mm deep.
