Incredible Art Deco diamond ring set with old European cut diamonds in white gold filigree.  This ring features three old European cut diamonds set in a tapered setting across the top.  An additional twelve accent diamonds are dotted around the shoulders and on the top and bottom sides where the ring curves down to the finger.  Delicate rows of milgrain beading line the space between the three centre diamonds and weave around the accent stones.  Swoops of pierced metalwork highlight the diamonds.  The shank is a half round, D shape,  This ring dates to the 1910s - 1920s and is likely North American in origin.

Diamonds: 3 Old European Cut, each 0.18 to 0.25 carats, totalling 0.61 carats together, H / I colour, VS2 clarity.  12 single / eight cut accent diamonds totalling 0.24 carats together, H / I colour, VS2 clarity.  Total carat weight of this ring calculated as setting permits is 0.85 carats.

Hallmarks rubbed and worn, 18K is faintly legible and this ring tests as 18 carat white gold.
