Unique Art Deco style diamond engagement ring in a geometric design. Set in the centre of this ring is a carre / square step cut diamond. The diamond is outlined in milgrain beading and each flat side is glittering small round cut diamond. The combination of diamond cuts in this ring is interesting and attractive. The diamonds are set in a white gold band which tapers near to the top. Circa 1920s - 1950s, possibly Continental European in origin.

Shoulder has been repaired which can be seen under close inspection.

Diamonds: 5 total, centre square step / carre cut is estimated in setting as 3.3 mm by 3.2 mm and 0.17 carats. 4 round cut accent diamonds together are approx 0.08 for a total of 0.25 carat weight, G/ H colour, SI clarity, estimated as setting permits.

Not marked, tested as high carat, 14 / 15 carat gold.

Size: UK - P; US - 7 3/4; EU - 18. This ring can be sized between L.5 / 6 and Q.5 / 8.5. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures 7.8 mm wide and sits 3.5 mm tall.
