This is a sweet Art Deco diamond ring in the shape of the a flower. Seven diamonds, one in the middle and one in each of the six petals, are set amongst an engraved design of miligrain and beading. The slightly larger centre diamond has a square table while the rest of the diamonds are rose cuts.  The band is narrow and tapers dramatically toward the top of this ring making the daisy look as though it's floating on the finger.  Rings like these were often used as engagement ring during the Art Deco period and are just as lovely and fashionable today! Circa 1920s, British in origin.

Diamonds: 7, mixed cut, approx 0.05 carats total weight.

Hallmarked and tested as 18 carat gold and platinum. The diamonds are set in platinum and the undercarriage and shank are 18 carat yellow gold.
