Vintage diamond cluster ring dating to the Art Deco era. Nine glittering diamonds are pave set into a kite shaped setting, a square turned on it's end. The centre diamond is set in a square and lined in milgrain beading. Around the edge are eight diamonds with a scalloped edge dipping in and out between the diamonds. The kite shape is set on a slender gold band with the section near the diamonds topped in platinum. Circa mid 1910s to early 1930s, British in origin.
In very good condition with normal age related signs of use and wear.
Diamonds: 9 total. 8 of approx 1.5 mm and 1 of approx 1.8 mm to total 0.14 carats together, near colourless and eye-clean as calculated within the limits of the mounting.
Stamped 18ct PLAT. Professionally tested and assessed as such with the main part of the ring being 18 carat yellow gold and the top around the diamond setting being platinum.
Size: UK - P; US - 7.75; EU - 17,7. This ring can be sized down to K / 5.25 / 15,9. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures approx 8.55 mm wide by 3.2 mm deep, 1.45 mm wide band.
