Antique 9 carat yellow gold tassel dating to the Victoria era. This charm is crafted in yellow gold with a dome shaped top. The top is studded in balls with a narrow outline of rope detailing at their base. A small row of connecting three leaf clovers form a line above the balls. From the top hang seven gold strands, each in a rounded shape box style chain. Small gold balls on the end of each strand complete the look. These charms were worn on watch fobs and could also be worn as a pendant and on a charm bracelet. This English made tassel charm dates to the late Victorian era, circa 1890s.
Not hallmarked, tested as 9 carat gold.
Measures approx 4.32 cm / 1.7 inches long including bail, 9.8 mm wide at widest point.
Weighs 3.2 grams.
