Antique seed pearl set crescent moon brooch dating to the Victorian era. This stunning 15 carat yellow gold crescent moon is set with 19 luminous seed pearls which are graduated in size. At the ends of row of seed pearls are beaded gold dots, adorning the moon right to the very point. The back of this piece is closed and angled, following the shape of the moon. This piece was originally a pin and we've used recycled 15 carat gold to create a bail and turn it into a pendant. Circa 1880s crescent moon, modern conversion.
