An antique decorative silver tassel with a crown design. The rounded top bulges at the middle and features a ridged lined design in the middle with a beaded edge on either side and a pointed crown design. The design is pieced all the way through and domed. This tassel has 11 narrow snake chains at the bottom, each finished with a drop shaped silver bead. These little beauties were worn on a watch chain or Albertina and make great charms. Dates to the last half of the 1800s, European in origin.

Not hallmarked, acid tested as sterling silver.

Measures 4.15 cm / 1.63 inches long and 12.1 mm at widest point.
