Antique sterling silver buckle bracelet. Nine slightly curved panels have been hand sawn and hand engraved, formed into slight curves to fit the wrist. The panels are connected with large hinges which allow them a great range of movement. Each panel has the same design, though there are some slight differences upon close inspection due the handmade nature of the links. The last three panels all have a hole so that the this bracelet is adjustable to fit different sized wrists. The oversized buckle features the same design, a beautiful tendrils of scrolling leaf style metalwork. I love that even though this is a wide, chunky bracelet the highly detailed design gives it a feminine look and feel. Circa 1900s - 1910s.

Measures 22 cm / 8.66 inches end to end. There are three holes for the buckle. They fits at 18 cm / 7.08 inches, 16.4 cm / 6.45 inches and 14.2 cm / 5.6 inches. The buckle measures 4.3 cm / 1.69 inches at the widest point and the bracelet is 1.45 cm / 0.57 inches wide.
