Opal single stone ring set in six claw prongs. This oval shape opal has a higher domed cabochon cut. Four prongs are narrower with wider ribbon style prongs on the shoulders, sloping down to a narrow gold band. The opal is beautiful and fiery, a lovely colour and we love the higher dome of the cabochon cut. Circa Edwardian to Art Deco era.
Opal: oval in shape, approx 11.65 mm by 9.2 mm. This opal is white in body colour with mostly orange play of colour with some green and blue. As usual, opals are incredibly difficult to photograph and the colours on the finger are the most accurate.
