Cushion cut aquamarine single stone ring. A large icy blue elongated cushion cut aqua is set in two tone gold. Wide tab or ribbon claws secure the gemstone to the north, south, west and east. Shoulders are engraved in a fan style design and lead to a slender gold band. This lovely ring is low set to the finger and the rectangular shape is very flattering on the finger. Circa early 20th century, possibly continental European in origin.

In very good condition. The gold band can be seen through the stone's facets in the first couple photos, please see photos on the model for the most accurate colour.

Aqua: cushion cut, icy blue in colour measuring approx 13.1 mm by 10.55 mm by 5.55 mm, calculated as 5.90 carats within the limits of the mounting. The culet of the aqua is slightly below the base of the setting so it touches the top of the finger.

Stamped 585 in the shank, professionally tested and assessed as about 11-13 carat gold.

Size: UK - O; US - 7.25; EU - 17,5. This ring can be sized between K / 5.25 / 15,8 and Q / 8.25 / 18,2. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 14.9 mm by 11.55 mm on top by 5.55 mm deep. Band is 1.65 mm at back centre.
