Beautiful large shield shaped signet ring crafted in 9 carat rose gold. The top shield section has an engraved pattern along the side with a section left blank for engraving initials or a personal inscription. Wide shoulders are curved and engraved with a scroll design leading to a plain D shape band. This is a chunky ring and looks lovely on the finger. Circa 1900s, British in origin.

Hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1908. The gold is rosy in colour.
