Antique amethyst heart pendent set in 9 carat gold. This royal purple amethyst heart is bezel set in a 9 carat gold frame. Around the outside edge is a twisted rope design with little beads. These adornments can be seen from the front and from the side, providing a subtle accent to this pendant. At the top is a fluted design bail. Circa 1900, British in origin.

Amethyst: heart shape, medium purple in colour. Approx 11 mm tall by 10 mm wide.

Not hallmarked. Professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold throughout. The gold is rosy in tone.

Measures approx 2.2 cm / 0.87 inches tall including bail and 1.3 cm / 0.51 inches wide. Chain can be provided for an additional fee.
